Erica Bartsch is a Senior Managing Director based in New York and is responsible for developing and leading investor relations and financial corporate communications engagements as well as counseling clients on M&A transactions, IPO’s and other significant corporate events. Erica works with clients across various industries, including media and entertainment, healthcare and technology. Erica joined Sloane & Company in 2008.

Throughout her time at Sloane, Erica has developed integrated communications campaigns and advised clients on investor relations, shareholder and crisis communications and transaction support. Clients have included, eBay, Facebook, Qurate Retail Group, Brinks Home Security, Diamond Resorts International, AMC Networks, Destination Maternity, frontdoor, Multiplan and Monomoy Capital Partners, among others.

Prior to joining Sloane & Company, Erica served as an equities research analyst for Rochdale Securities, a boutique sell-side broker dealer where she primarily covered the consumer discretionary and staples sectors. Erica also worked for AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals in sales operations and marketing earlier in her career.

Erica holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Boston University and a B.A. in International Affairs from Lafayette College in Pennsylvania, where she graduated with honors.
