Jennifer Pflieger is a Vice President in Sloane & Company’s Public Affairs practice where she largely focuses on energy issues.
In this role, Jennifer develops and implements communications and thought leadership plans for clients to help meet their policy and regulatory objectives. This includes drafting and placing op-eds and letters to the editor, proactive and reactive media engagement, tracking legislation and regulation at the state and federal level, crafting messaging, press releases and media statements and analyzing media coverage.
Previously, Jennifer spent almost five years at the Glover Park Group where she worked with foreign governments, coalitions and corporations in the transportation, energy and international relations space facing complex government relations and communications challenges. Additionally, she has experience working at both ends of Pennsylvania Avenue as well as on the campaign trail.
Jennifer graduated from American University with a degree in political science and a graduate certificate in campaign management and received her master’s degree in public administration from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship & Public Affairs.
