As Vice President, Deputy Head of South Florida based in Sloane & Company’s South Florida office, Sarah Braunstein specializes in advising asset managers, financial institutions, and public and private companies on strategic positioning, media relations, government affairs and special situation communications. She supports clients such as Francisco Partners, Alpine Advisors, Act III Holdings, Grain Management and a variety of other asset managers and public companies navigating through transformative periods.

Sarah was previously at Edelman in the Financial Communications and Capital Markets practice, where she represented firms such as AQR Capital Management, AXA Investment Managers, Fiera Capital, William Blair & Company and Hilton Worldwide (NYSE: HLT). Sarah frequently advised clients on regulatory and legislative issues, including a major mortgage servicing company on a CFPB settlement and a major institution on an SEC settlement pertaining to disclosure errors in its investment management division.

Sarah graduated from Boston University with a B.S. in Public Relations.
