Tammy DeHaven joined Sloane & Company as an account supervisor in February 2019. She comes to the firm with a wide array of communications experience, including strategic counsel and media relations with consumer technology clients, large-scale product launches and conceptualizing advertisements for a $1.5 billion business unit.
Before joining Sloane & Co., Tammy specialized in media relations for technology and consumer lifestyle brands at FleishmanHillard, including work with Facebook Communities, AT&T and Chase. Prior to her time with Fleishman, Tammy spent six years at retail giant Macy’s. Holding a number of roles within the merchandising realm, she spent two years as advertising business manager of women’s shoes. In this role, she worked with leadership from six merchandising teams on branding strategies, optimizing a $40 million marketing budget to ensure the most effective media placements for each vendor and channel. Tammy also spent more than three years at Edelman in Washington, D.C.
